its saturday today..
Tmr is my Dad's 43 birthday...
Still 'young' and as muscular as ever..
Guess what he'll get for a belated birthday present the following day?
A trip to Singapore General Hosiptal to remove lumps in his arms..
Cool eh?
His condition is called lipoma.
Its not cancerous, yet.
So he'll remove 'em.
Excellent.
Anyway, yesterdays OB trg was GREAT.
It was raining. Weather was cool.
We did three rounds of physical conditioning.
Han Bin led the trg.
Hundreds of push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks. Excellent stuff
Kelvin then led us on a complicated indoor run.
Turned here n there. Around this pillar.
Down those stairs. Great great great.
For the finale, we all did 5 sets of
BLOOD BROTHERSjust in case you don't know what that is, its where everyone stands in a circle, cross shoulders for a tight grip. Then with everyones' right or left leg in front, you bend down together.
Teamwork could not be more strongly emphasised here.
Its a knee crushing game.
But last nights was "special"
We all SCREAMED from ONE to TWENTY.
And MJ started this cool thing.
At fifteen, he just screamed.
We all decided that was so damned cool, we did it together for the next 4 sets.
Thats was damn exhilrating...
OB is so much fun.
