Arghhh.
Torso cramp. Hamstring cramp. GROIN cramp.
Yesterday's training session was impressive.
I went to the gym alone at 5.
At 6 we went running.
I ran an uphill route with PT in between.
Then we went to the gym; for me, again.
Did lotsa free weights this time.
Checked the tracking system at the end of the session and saw that I lifted a grand total of around 16,000kg yesterday.
Yes, 16 000. =)
I'll be damned if I don't look good by next term
I wonder, is there a machine or free weight that tones your face muscles?
Then it'll look nicer. Haha
