Arms around the Waist: I like you too much to let go
Laughing while Kissing: I am completely comfortable with you
Advice;
Don't ask for a kiss, take one.
If you were thinking about someone

I personally have never experienced any of the above 'kisses' except for those given by my Mak Besar, who is my oldest aunt. And those gestures, nvr have done so too.
My point is, the last two line.
Yes, I was thinking of someone.
Not whom some of you might think. ;)
