I guess it's been quite awhile since my last REAL post.
So loads of stuff has been going down these past few weeks.
So I shall update on stuff that's happened.

Project Nutz Relay

This was quite fun.
Had it just before EDU Camp started.
I guess we all did the best we could, even though we didn't win anything.
Nice experience though.
Shall look forward to possibly signing up as an Alumni Team next year?
Apparently I ran the distance in about 4 minutes, or slightly under.
If I had started earlier, I could have probabaly overtaken the NACC people
and some dragonboaters.
Oh well.

EDU Camp

I won't be too generous on the details of this camp.
It was fun, and tough at times.
I got an easy group to handle though.
Very easy.
Most of the camp can be explained in the photos I put up on Multiply.
For some reason, the 3 Days were rather taxing.

Monday

Ok this is lame, but my mom came over to school with me.
Most of you would know I was being CONSIDERED for debarment for a few stuff.
Well, quite an okay chat had with Mr Ismail, Ms Chang and Kylie.
Haha.
I think my appeal letter was VERY well written.
And guess what, it was successful.
So yeah.
No worries about staying back at all.

NAPFA

I know I posted my results.
But just for the sake of it, I'll post properly, with newer comments

Bent-Knee Sit Ups - 61 (Quite okay. I was aiming for 80, but didn't bother)
Sit&Reach - 45cm (VERY Pathetic)
Standing Broad Jump - 245cm (Wasted)
Pull-Ups - 11 (Just what I needed)
Shuttle Run - 9.3 seconds (I was aiming for 8.5 though)

2.4km Walk/Run - Okay firstly, this was kind of embarrassing because I blacked out. I think it was the fact I had nothing in my stomach except for red bull. Very clever of me. After 6 or so years experience at real hard running, you'd think I would know better.

Anyway, timing confirmed as 9:50.
No double digits for the minutes.
Good enough.
Satisfactory.
28 points.
Same as Han Bin.
And I only lost to Yu Heng cause he got As for everything.
The difference? SBJ and Sit&Reach.
So I guess I should be satisfied with my results
Weeee.

Last Training, Friday

Okay so firstly, I spent virtually the whole day with Hui Hong.
Met her at 11, since we both ended class at the same time and at the same block.
Went out to print photos and TRY to find a gift for Jia Jun.
We couldn't so we ended up going back to school to do the cards up for both Wesley and JJ.
Kinda good to hang out since I've never done so with her before.
I'm always sleeping in clubhouse after class while waiting for training.

Oh, yes, the training.
Was quite okay.
But I had to leave early.
Sickening.
At least I got some fun by helping to massage JK's calf.
Cramps are so exciting sometimes.

Okay, so the past week is summarized.
This week is rather good.
I like the feeling of getting extreme weights lifted off your shoulders or head or whatever.
CT Individual Assignment (40%) done and dusted.
WPD Presentation (40%) similarly.

I'm just left with the FYP presentation on Monday.
I guess everyone is feeling the same.

--------------------

Okay, school stuff aside.
This Saturday is National Day, and my parents will be gone from Satruday till Monday.
I'm free to go out on Saturday to go watch fireworks and stuff.
And my baby Kate will be at home with me too! =)

There may be a 14th Comm outing.
But if there ain't, then I already have a back up plan.
Secret stuff.

So that's for National Day.
Even bigger news.
I'm registering for this years Standard Chartered Marathon again!
Yet another 42.195km.

HOWEVER, that hit kind of a set back.
My dad insists that I have to be in good shape, both in terms of fitness and health.
I'm expected to go for a full medical, what with my recent close shaves with blacking out and all.

Aside from that, I have to pass a special fitness test that will have to be done at his workplace.
It is potentially suicide, even for me, and he maintains that if I can handle it, then he would gladly allow me to run the marathon.

What fitness test eh?
I have to run 2.4km in under 12 minutes.
Rest 1 minute I think. Or a few minutes.

Simple, no?

HELL no.

After that short rest I'm required to run the same distance under TEN minutes.
*heart stops*

Oh well.
Oh well.
Oh well.

I guess that's all for now.

will YOU be my escape?
