I guess there really are two sides to everything.
At least two.
The good and the bad.

Like, yesterday, at work, when I jabbed a nice dose of a certain anti-psychotic drug into a patient who needed it, I felt good.

Two meanings

1. I'm very passionate about psychiatry, and like the feeling of helping someone with a psychiatric problem.
   
   
2. I'm sadistic, cynical, etc, etc.

Hmmm.
Oh well.
4 more days of L.P.S and Agnes Sim to go.
Yes, notice I said the above, instead of four more days of work or attachment.
After that, I'll have Raya to look forward to (sort of) and a WELL-DESERVED REST after that.

And everyone should know by now, Mirza's definition of a good rest, is a nice camp, a nice trek, a nice run, and other related activities.

So, I've had L.P.S shoot me in the face day after day.
I've had sister reprimanding me for things I apparently did wrong (obviously I didn't)
And today, I had to recite every single thing I'm supposed to know about a few patients I had to Dr Phang.

I get the feeling the next 2 weeks will be smooth sailing.

It's been a trying month so far.
And it's only been 2 weeks since September started.
AND. It's only going to get worse.
I am not looking forward to the next 3 weeks.

Naturally had my fair (or unfair) share of ups and downs.

Truth be told, I'm actually in no shape to meet anyone.
Except for a select few.
You should know who you are.
And to some who might think you are the select few, you might want to think again.

Maybe it's because i'm currently running on a short fuse, a VERY short one, which I'm managing to control because it IS afterall, fasting month.
I like it, not being freely able to express any frustrations, but instead, learning to silence it, and just calm myself down.
If this were another time, I'd have blown that fuse early on.

The only thing is I probably just miss people who don't feel the same way as I do.

First day of fasting was good.
As expected, spent the whole day working and thinking about the inevitable time to break fast, and when the time came, I was more interested in serving meds, and diluting plenty of antibiotics, and at the same time, avoiding trying to change diapers (cause I'm not obliged to do so anymore. Haha)
Left work late as usual, after passing report.
Heh.
I like work.
I no longer look forward to just buzzing off at 3pm/9pm sharp.
Then again, I lost that habit at the start of Year 2.
